Right at Home Rentals has been around since 1987 and we understand the importance of having a good relationship with the men and women that service our properties.
If you want to be one of our valued vendors, we will need the following.
- Your name
- Your company name and website (if applicable)
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The service you provide
- A copy of your general liability insurance
- A copy of your Workers Compensation insurance*
- A copy of your W9
- A voided check for ACH payments

*If you are a sole proprietorship, LLC, partnership or corporation (where they exclude the officers from coverage under W.C.) and have no employees, you are not required to carry workers compensation insurance. You will need to fill out an exemption form instead.
